*Gwendolyn**Age* 23 *Date of arrival* July 23rd, 2008? *Namesake* Gwendolyn is the name of my favorite character from a beautiful PS2 RPG called Odin Sphere. The character spends a good portion of the game asleep, so I thought it was fitting. *Personality* Gwendolyn showed up one day, sound asleep. She has yet to wake up. . . *Clothing Style* Classic lolita, probably. *Type* Dolpa 19 Volks Tae, Sweet Dreams Version *Faceup* Default. *Current Wig* Volks Vertical Curl in Gold *Current Eyes* Default, because for once it doesn't matter! *Why This Doll?* Anais/Tae has been one of my holy grail dolls for a while, but I never put her on my wishlist because of her exorbitant secondhand market prices. In fact, I had decided to get an FCS MSD 06 girl at the end of April to be a substitute for the Anais I never thought I'd get. Luckily the promo pictures for Dolpa 19 came out before I could order my FCS! Initially I wanted the normal Tae, but the more I looked at the Sweet Dreams version, the more I liked her over the open-eyed girl. I ended up entering for and winning this lovely dreamy doll at the end of April instead of getting the FCS, and I couldn't be happier.
